1)  There are different organs system in the human body to bring about the different life processes , such as the digestive system for digestion of food , respiratory system for digestion of food , respiratory system for respiration , etc .
2)  The process of digestion leading to energy production is an important process of our body .
3)  Various waste materials are formed during this process .
4)  Removal of these waste from the body is very important and it is the excretory system that carries out this function .
5)  The human excretory system consists of a pair of kidneys , a pair of ureters , the  urinary bladder and the urethra .
6)  Urine is formed by the kidneys by separating the waste and unwanted excess substances from the blood .

7)  The two bean-shaped kidneys are situated one on either side of the vertebral column , on the posterior side of abdomen .
8)  The functional unit of the kidneys that performs the basic function of filtration is called a nephron .
9)  The network of capillaries in it is called a glomerulus .
10)  The urea produced in the liver comes into the blood .
11)  When the urea containing blood comes into the glomerulus , it is filtered through its capillaries and urea and other similar substances are separated from it .
12)  Water molecules and the small molecules of other some molecules can cross the semipermeable membrane of the Bowman's Capsule .
13)  The solution accumulated in the cavity of Bowman's Capsule passes into the tubular part of the nephron .
14)  Here , molecules of the water and some other useful substances are reabsorbed into the blood .
15)  Urine is formed from the remaining solution which is full of waste materials .
16)  The urine is carried by the ureters and stored in the urinary bladder .
17)  Afterwards , urine is given out through the urethra .
18)  Hence , we are able to control urine .
