How to stay Hydrated ?

Hydration means keeping your body of full-filled water about our need for our body .
Our body is 70 % made up of water and some other minerals .


A human must drink at least 3 litres of water for survival .

Dehydration  :-   It is opposite to the hydration that means the loss of water in our body making us dehydrated .

Dehydration is very harmful to our body because our body is very need of water for survival .

A man can live 3 weeks without food but a man can't live more than 3 days of water .


In the hot summer climate or in deserts region there is a lot of loss of water from our body by sweating and little pee .

We can lose 1 litre of water in desert region by sweating and we never else feel that !!
If a human loses his 10 % of water of his body then he have higher chances to die .

Drinking water about 4 litres is healthy for our body .
And if we drink about more than our limit then we will suffer from diarrhea and we will get weak and have a lot of loss of water which gives raise to dehydration .

So , we must drink in our specific limit and not drink less , our body water management must be perfect !!

We can get more acidity by dehydration and we have heart burn !!! 


ORS ( Oral Rehydration Solution ) is the best way for getting rid of dehydration and stay hydrated .
