If you won't wake up early in the morning then you must sleep earlier in night .
You must sleep between 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm .

You must not watch any mobile screen or blue screen which affect our sleep and eyes. As seeing mobile or smartphone before sleeping is harmful and let you unsleep over night.
So, we must not see bluescreen before 1 hour of sleep. It will really helpful for a healthy sleep.

Seeing smartphone before sleeping reduces the production of Melatonin which is very important hormone for our sleep.

You must drink 1 glass of water before sleep , for staying hydrated over night .

Keep alarm set at least 6:30 am in morning.

You must go washroom before going to bed for more comfortable sleep and to reduce the filling time of your urinary bladder. That is the most important thing you must go before bed.

You must not think the thought that can make you unsleep over night .

You must keep alarm clock or device just at some distance to let you to shut it on your feet .

Don't sleep again if shut alarm , the alarm  will re-snoozed after 10 minutes.
It is difficult to wake up at first alarm ring but you must try and be capable in 2-3 days.
The first must be yours first wake of your morning.
After wake up get hurried out of bed and raise your hand and shout (yeeeeeeeh!!) aloud.
This will make up more energetic and charge your brain.
The first thing you see awaking is your bed , then you must clean your bed and make it neat .

Open your window and see the beautiful sky and greeny nature for relaxment & energies your brain.
You must drink at least 2-glasses of water after wake for swallow up your saliva in mouth of full of (digestive enzymes) .
That helps the stomach for increasing your health of your digestive system.

Do not take Coffee in day except in morning.
